  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    I am currently using Canada Post to ship all orders. But may be switching to UPS.

    Canada Post Shipping Estimates:
    Canada: Expedited Mail 3-5 business days (Tracking included)
    USA: Small Packet - USA Air 5-10 business days
    UK: Small Packet - INTL Air 6-14 business days

  • What if I need my package here faster?

    If you require a shipping upgrade, tracking number, insurance, or any other additions please mention this in the note to seller upon checkout and I will invoice you for the difference.

    Alternatively, you can message me before you check out and I will create a custom or express shipping option for you.

  • Do you take custom orders?

    I am happy to do custom orders!
    Due to the amount of custom orders, all requests must be submitted through the "Contact" option at the top of this site. I will not be able to accept custom requests through Ravelry, Instagram, or any means of communication. I wouldn't want an order to get lost or forgotten.

    Please include:
    Your name, your request, and the base you would like it on.

    Once these details are confirmed, I will direct you to purchase a preorder for that base, and your order will ship in 1-2 weeks or less.

  • Will I be charged duties or taxes?

    These charges are designated by the country's government and we have no control over them. The buyer is responsible should these charges arise.

    Please note that all purchases made within Canada will be charged 5% GST (Government Sales Tax)

  • What is a Monthly Theme?

    There is a new theme designated for every month that usually correlates with a release date for a movie, book, show, ect.

    For each week of that month a new colourway will be released as a preorder. Each colourway follows the monthly themes and comes with a themed stitch marker from The Cotswold Knitter.

    Colourways are only available for one week. After that time, the yarn will be dyed and shipped out asap. The colourway will go into hibernation for 6 months and the stitch marker will not be available for 3 months. The yarn and marker will never be available together again.

    1-7 Week One
    8-14 Week Two
    15-21 Week Three
    22-28 Week Four

  • How do Quarterly Clubs work?

    Clubs run from Jan-March, April-June, July-Sept, Oct-Dec every year with the sign ups open for two weeks the month prior to the club.

  • You're in Canada, what currency are your prices in?

    Storenvy can only support US currency at this time so all of my prices are in US dollars. Don't worry, PayPal will do all of the conversions for you!
